Everything Saxophone Podcast Host, Donna Schwartz, interviewed CEO of Bari Woodwinds, Ron Van Ostenbridge, live at the NAMM Show 2025.
If you’re a saxophonist, you know that the right gear can make all the difference. This year at the NAMM Show 2025, I had the incredible opportunity to meet with the CEO of Bari Woodwinds for an exclusive interview on my podcast. We dove deep into their newest innovation—the Cobalt Reeds—and more.
Ron Van Ostenbridge, CEO of Bari Woodwinds
Of course, no discussion about Bari Woodwinds would be complete without mentioning their exceptional mouthpieces. As Ron explained,
The mouthpiece is the direct link between the player and the instrument.
That’s why Bari Woodwinds has spent decades crafting mouthpieces that are easy to blow, incredibly stable, and consistently produce a clear, resonant tone. Most importantly, we go beyond the product descriptions and dive into the passion, craftsmanship, and artistry that go into every Bari Woodwinds creation. Tune in to hear the full story straight from the CEO himself and get an inside look at the future of woodwind performance.
If you’re as excited about these innovations as I am, you won’t want to miss this episode, where we talked about:
